Clean Mountain Air & Zero Emissions on a Double Decker Bus

I want to share a recent job in the greater Los Angeles area for (long term and amazing client) Transdev. I'm a big fan of electric vehicles, and I'm excited to share my images of their cool new BEB’s (battery electric buses).

During my visit to Foothills Transit, I had the opportunity to photograph their fleet of electric double-decker buses, each with an impressive 250-mile range. These buses are a game-changer in the world of sustainable transportation.

I woke up at 4 am to capture the “rollout” at sunrise. I stood exposed in the predawn hustle and bustle as dozens of buses left the yard all around me while I shot long exposure images in the near dark, and it was totally worth it.

But it's not just about the buses; I was truly impressed by the employees at the facility. Their dedication and passion for what they do are evident in every aspect of their work. They are the driving force behind Foothills Transit and their parent company Transdev's mission to further the use of zero-emission buses. It's not just a job for them; it's a mission to make our environment cleaner and more sustainable.

I'm chuffed to share the photos with you, and hopefully, they capture the spirit of innovation and environmental responsibility that Transdev strives for. It was a fruitful trip in every sense, and I'm excited to see the positive impact these buses and the people behind them will have on the future of transportation.

Looking forward to catching up soon!
